Talk to a person
Before you buy or after it arrives — we would rather answer a question than take a return.
Email support@globalswanky.com Answered within one business day. Best for order questions, returns and anything with a photo attached. Phone +1 929-255-1330 Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST). Best for something urgent about an order already on its way.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one — it starts with XTR-.
- A photo, if something arrived damaged. It saves a round of questions.
- The room or the space, if you want advice on which product fits.
