This policy covers christmastrees.globalswanky.com and the support we provide by email and telephone. It is issued by Global Swanky LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36167, Casper, WY 82609, United States, which is the controller of the personal information described here.
Checkout happens on this site. Card payments are processed by Stripe: card details are typed into secure fields provided by Stripe and go directly to Stripe, never to our servers. PayPal payments are completed with PayPal. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only the card brand, the last four digits and the name on the card.
What we collect

Who we share it with
| Recipient | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe and PayPal | Payment processing and fraud prevention | Payment details, billing ZIP, order amount, device and browser information |
| Shipping carriers | Delivery and tracking | Name, shipping address, phone number |
| Email provider | Order confirmations and support replies | Name, email address |
| Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) | Site and advertising measurement | Device and usage data, cookie identifiers; for orders, contact details in hashed form |
We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to enforce our terms.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure which pages and adverts lead to orders. Both set cookies in your browser. To turn them off, use your browser's cookie controls or a tracking blocker, and adjust your Meta ad preferences at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences.
For orders, a hashed copy of your contact details is sent to Meta so that a purchase can be matched to the advert that led to it. Hashing is one-way: Meta receives a fingerprint, not your email address. To opt out entirely, email support@globalswanky.com with "Do Not Share" in the subject.
Your rights
You can ask us to show the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it. California residents have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know and to opt out of sale — we do not sell data, so there is nothing to opt out of. Write to support@globalswanky.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI-DSS Level 1, and card details never reach our servers. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to ship your order.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
