How long does a tree take to put up?
Fifteen to twenty-five minutes for a full-size tree, most of which is shaping the branch tips. The sections are hinged, so the branches fall open on their own — you are not building it from loose branches.
Will a pre-lit tree still work next year?
The LED strands are rated for around 25,000 hours, which is more than a decade of Decembers. Each tree ships with spare bulbs and fuses, and on our pre-lit trees a failed bulb does not take the rest of the strand down.
Does the flocking come off?
Some settles in the box on the first unpack — that is normal for every flocked tree ever made. It is applied in layers and heat set, so what stays on the branch stays there. Shake the sections outside before you bring them in.
Can I use my own lights on a pre-lit tree?
Yes. The built-in strand is on its own plug, so you can leave it off and add your own, or run both.
When will it arrive?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day leave the same day, and most arrive in 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
How do I pay?
Card or PayPal, on this site. Press Buy now and the checkout opens in a window on the page: your card is authorised when you continue to shipping and charged when you place the order. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US?
Free shipping covers the contiguous 48 states and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO are quoted by email before you order. We do not ship outside the United States.
What if I change my mind?
Thirty days from delivery, unused and in its packaging, refunded to the card or PayPal account you used. Faulty or damaged items are our cost, including the return postage.
Is there a catch on the prices?
No. The price on the product page is the price charged, tax included, with shipping free to the contiguous US. There is no handling fee added at the end.
Do the photos show the exact item?
The photographs show the style of each product. The specification table on each page is what we ship to — the height, the tip count, the light count, the rating. If what arrives does not match the table, we collect it and refund you.
